Healthy Fall Starbucks Drinks to Order

As the seasons are changing I am not only changing out my wardrobe but also up my Starbucks order. Over on Instagram I asked you guys what your current Fall Starbucks order was and got some great answers. You can read them here. So for today’s post I have pulled together a list of some really yummy and not calorie loaded drinks. Many of these drinks I found from the instagram account- @themacrobarista. This guy shares tons of amazing recipes. He also shares the nutrition info and explains how to order the drinks- which I love and appreciate!

Pumpkin Cold Foam Cold Brew – 75 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Cold Foam Cold Brew

One pump pumpkin sauce in the cold foam

3 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup in the cold brew

*optional ask for a splash of cream or any type of milk

Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte – 90 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Iced Coffee

No Classic Syrup

1 pump of pumpkin sauce

3 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup

EXTRA pumpkin spice topping

Light Cream (half n half)

Pumpkin Cinnamon Iced Coffee- 90 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Unsweet Iced Coffee

1 pump of pumpkin sauce

3 pumps of sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup

a splash of cream or any type of milk

Salted Cream (Caramel) Cold Brew – 70 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew

One pump of Carmel syrup

Three pumps sugar free vanilla

Splash of cream

*Ask for the foam to be made with nonfat milk and sugar free vanilla

Tall skinny vanilla latte

Ask for:

Almond milk

Sub 1 pump of Sugar Free Vanilla for Sugar free cinnamon dolce

Cinnamon & Nutmeg to be steamed into the milk

This iced coffee order from Starbucks is only around 30 calories and less that $3!

Ask for:

Tall Blonde Americano in a Grande cup

1 pump of toffee nut

1 pump of mocha

Half, steamed almond milk (aka Misto)

Add 1-2 Stevia packets on your own


Grande Iced Chai Latte

Ask for:

Sub almond milk

1 pump of chai

2 pump sugar free vanilla

1 shot blonde espresso

S’mores Cold Brew – around 75 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Cold Foam Cold Brew

Cold Brew to be made with Sugar free vanilla

One pump of marshmallow syrup

Two pumps of sugar free vanilla

Light mocha drizzle

One Splenda if you choice

Chai Tea Latte – 60 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Organic Chai Tea

Two packets of stevia

Steamed Almond Milk

Extra Cinnamon Powder

Steamed Apple Juice– this is fun for the kids!
