10 Healthier Starbucks Drinks

Whenever I have a Starbucks in my pictures I get asked by readers what I order – so today I thought I would share some of my favorite go-to starbucks drinks! I try to keep them pretty healthy since it can become a daily habit!

I came across this instagram account- themacrobarista and found all these amazing recipes. The guy who runs the account works at Starbucks and is always coming up with new recipes, he includes the nutrition info- which I love to see and he explains how to order the drinks.

This first one – French Vanilla Cold Foam Brew is my current obsession and goto order.

  1. I was looking at my starbucks app and noticed the cold foam cold brew is a 128 cal with 28g carbs- do you do something to modify that before you make the healthy French vanilla drink? I don’t see how it could only be 60 cals but I want to try it. Thanks!
