Whenever I have a Starbucks in my pictures I get asked by readers what I order – so today I thought I would share some of my favorite go-to healthier Starbucks drinks! I try to keep them pretty healthy since it can become a daily habit.
I came across this Instagram account- @themacrobarista and found all these amazing recipes. The guy who runs the account works at Starbucks and is always coming up with new recipes. He includes the nutrition info- which I love to see and he explains how to order the drinks.
This is my current obsession and go to order!
Grande Cold Foam Cold Brew
One pump of hazelnut syrup
Three pumps sugar-free vanilla
Ask for sugar-free vanilla in the cold foam
Grande Organic Chai Tea
Two packets of stevia
Steamed Almond Milk
Top with Extra Cinnamon Powder
Grande Unsweetened Iced Coffee
One pump of Carmel syrup
Three pumps sugar free vanilla
Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino
Substitute Extra Almond Milk
Two Scoops of Vanilla Bean
Two Packs of your favorite no/low-calorie sweetener
One Pump of Light Frappuccino Base
*Make sure to ask for no regular Frappuccino Base
Two shots of expresso Affogato style
Grande Blonde Cappuccino
Substitute Almond milk
Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
Ask for light Carmel Drizzle
Grande Blonde Double Shot on Ice
No Classic Syrup
Three to four pumps sugar-free vanilla
Venti Iced White Tea *Unsweetened
Splash of berry hibiscus refresher
Splash of lemonade
Scoop of Berries
One stevia or other zero cal sweetener
Venti Passion Tango Iced Tea *Unsweetened
Light Coconut Milk
A scoop of strawberries
Two Stevia or Splenda or any other 0 cal sweetener
Grande Americano with two shots
One pump of white mocha sauce
One pump of skinny mocha (or half pump normal mocha)
Two pumps of sugar free vanilla
Grande Cold Brew
One pump of Caramel Brûlée Sauce
Three pumps sugar free vanilla
Splash of Cream
Grande Cafe Misto
Add 1 pump of toffee nut
Add 1 pump of Mocha
Substitute with Almond Milk
Add 1-2 0 cal sweeteners

Hi I love these! What would you order to make them a venti, how much would you add?
Typically I would just add more milk to the drink to make a venti! I try to keep the amount of syrup and coffee the same!
I have been getting the Caramel Iced Coffee version so goood! Do you by chance know how many carbs and sugar it has?

For the caramel macchiato fraccupino where it says substitute almond milk what does that mean so I know what to tell them when I order it

Great recipes! I hadn’t thought about getting the strawberry infusion but will give it a go next time! I usually do the 2 pumps of each SF Vanilla / SF Cinnamon Dolce as well… 🙂
You forgot that they have sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup!
I was looking at my starbucks app and noticed the cold foam cold brew is a 128 cal with 28g carbs- do you do something to modify that before you make the healthy French vanilla drink? I don’t see how it could only be 60 cals but I want to try it. Thanks!
I do modify it! In the post I write out how to order to make it 60 cal!
