Healthier Starbucks Drinks: Fall Edition

I am sure you guys have heard the Pumpkin Spice Latte is officially back at Starbucks. Hearing that news got me really excited for the new season! I pulled together some of the best Starbucks recipes I could find that aren’t as high in calorie’s as some of the normal drinks on the menu.

Let me know which ones you try and what are your favorites!

1. Pumpkin Spice Latte – 90 Calories *with no whip

Ask for:

Tall Blonde Americano in a Grande Cup

1 pump of pumpkin sauce

3 pumps of sugar free vanilla

Steamed almond milk

Extra pumpkin spice topping

2. Pumpkin Cold Foam Cold Brew – 75 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Cold Foam Cold Brew

One pump pumpkin sauce in the cold foam

3 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup in the cold brew

*optional ask for a space of cream or any time of milk

3. Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte – 90 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Iced Coffee

No Classic Syrup

1 pump of pumpkin sauce

3 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup

EXTRA pumpkin spice topping

Light Cream (half n half)

4. Salted Caramel Mocha – 100 Calories

Ask for:

Tall Blonde Americano in a Grande cup

1 pump of toffee nut

1 pump of mocha

Half, steamed almond milk (aka Misto)

Add 1-2 Stevia packets on your own

5. Salted Cream (Caramel) Cold Brew – 70 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew

One pump of Carmel syrup

Three pumps sugar free vanilla

Splash of cream

*Ask for the foam to be made with nonfat milk and sugar free vanilla

6. Iced Salted Carmel Mocha – 75 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Cold Brew

One pump Sugar Free Vanilla

1.5 pumps Toffee Nut

One pump Skinny Mocha

Light Cream

7. Iced Carmel Coffee

Ask for:

Grande iced coffee w/ 1 pump Carmel syrup

3 pumps SF vanilla

Light cream

8. Tall skinny vanilla latte

Ask for:

Almond milk

Sub 1 pump of Sugar Free Vanilla for Sugar free cinnamon dolce

Cinnamon & Nutmeg to be steamed into the milk

This iced coffee order from Starbucks is only around 30 calories and less that $3!

9. Grande Unsweetened Iced Coffee

Coconut milk⠀

1 pump Sugar Free Cinnamon Dulce syrup

10. Grande Iced Chai Latte

Sub almond milk

1 pump of chai

2 pump sugar free vanilla

1 shot blonde espresso

11. S’mores Cold Brew – around 75 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Cold Foam Cold Brew

Cold Brew to be made with Sugar free vanilla

One pump of marshmallow syrup

Two pumps of sugar free vanilla

Light mocha drizzle

One Splenda if you choice

12. Iced Latte

Almond Milk

Cinnamon

Stevia

13. Chai Tea Latte – 60 Calories

Ask for:

Grande Organic Chai Tea

Two packets of stevia

Steamed Almond Milk

Extra Cinnamon Powder
