These past two months Greyson’s been busier than ever between teething (his front two teeth), crawling, standing, cruising, eating, dancing, waving, and hugs, lots of hugs. Oh, and he LOVES any type of stuffed animals. I am finally sharing his 11/12 month milestones and schedule/routine.

This kid doesn’t miss a thing. He sees dad with the camera and is always staring right at him.

Grey has been crawling for a couple months now and has it down. He is so fast, and if you turn your back for one minute he will be across the room and into something he shouldn’t be, of course!

He LOVES to cuddle and hug, so much more than Sutton did. i hear it’s a boy thing and it is, honest to god, the best thing in the whole wide world.

His hair has gotten so curly! The back is all curls and I don’t plan on cutting it anytime soon. Man-bun may be making a debut here soon.

Playtime

Grey loves to play with balls. He will chase them across the room, throw them, he LOVE basketball and is always on the go. He recently started really loving books, which is nice to have him sit still for a little while. And he wants anything his sister has!

Feeding

We are slowly introducing the sippy during feedings and weaning out the bottle. He LOVES to eat and will eat anything all day long. It has been fun introducing new food to him because he isn’t picky.

*Here is the sippy cup we are using to transition. I have tried literally 6 different ones and this one is the best for transitioning. the nipple is soft and mimics the bottle nipple while transitioning over to sippy cups.

Personality

Grey has always been a happy, chill baby and he still is! I hope he stays this way forever. He makes it so easy to bring him along anywhere and I just love how sweet he is.

Sleeping

Greyson is still sleeping through the night. He adjusted just slightly on times he wakes and goes to bed at 12 months bc of daylight savings. He likes his naps and gets at least 3+ hours of sleep during the day.

GREYSON’S SCHEDULE: 11 MONTHS

7:30am Wakes – He gets an 8oz bottle.

8:00/8:30am – Breakfast- loves pancakes, bananas, whole oats oatmeal and cereal

Playtime

10:00/10:30 am – 1st Nap (in his crib with merlin sleep suit, sound machine, and blackout curtains)

12:00/12:30 Wakes Up – change diaper

Lunch – loves peas, carrots, tater tots, any kind of meatballs (earth’s best beef, chicken), also loves pasta and cheese. I will offer him fruit after he is done eating most of this. He likes blueberries (cut-up) strawberries, mangos, cutie oranges.

Playtime

2:30/3pm – 2nd Nap (same as above)

4:00pm – Wake Up – change diaper/snack

6:00pm – Dinner – similar to lunch – I try to do a protein (earth’s best chicken nuggets, meatballs, or something I have made) a carb (sweet potatoes, earth’s best tater tots, or veggie nugget, and veggies (I do frozen and steam them)!  I will offer him fruit after he is done eating most of this. He likes blueberries (cut-up) strawberries, mangos, cutie oranges.

Playtime & Bath (every other night)

6:45pm – Story & Bedtime Routine (feeding bottle 10 oz)

7:15 Lights Out: Put down in crib awake as he falls asleep on his own. This was major for getting him to sleep through the night 12 hours, as he knows how to settle himself back to sleep.

GREYSON’S SCHEDULE: 12 MONTHS

4:00pm – Wake Up – change diaper/snack

6:00pm – Dinner

Playtime & Bath(every other night)

  1. Love this post! My daughter just turned 11 months, so it’s super helpful to see what you’re doing.

    2 questions:
I want to wean her off her afternoon bottles and just give her bottle in morning and at bedtime. When you did this with Grey did you just offer him more food at lunch?

Also- what slee sack are you using?

    Thanks ~ Kristie

  2. How did you get him to fall asleep on his own at bedtime? Was it just something he naturally did or did you have to take action? My daughter will not fall asleep on her own. This makes it difficult for her to sleep through the night. Any information would be great thanks!

  3. Great post! I love how detailed your posts and schedules are. As someone who lives by routine, I understand the importance of keeping to one. But he is such a cute baby with so much hair!
