I often get asked what my go to protein smoothie recipe is! It took me years to find the perfect smoothie that tastes good and has all the right nutrients in It! I shared my recipe here a couple years ago, but since then I have made a few modifications. So here is an update to my protein smoothie recipe.
Here are the exact ingredients in my protein smoothie!
-1 scoop Vanilla or cho protein here are the kinds I like here and here
-2 T Powdered Peanut Butter or Nut butter of your preference
-1 or 2 packets of truvia: adjust to how sweet you like
-1 pack of Love Wellness Collagen
-1 TBSP Chia Seeds
-Handful of spinach
-Cup of Ice
-Blend in Vitamix Blender : makes your smoothie creamy and smooth!
