I tried several times to place an order, via the App, “copied the code”, linked through to the S&L website. The 15% never came off. I deleted the App. FAIL
Hi Suzy, Sorry the codes weren’t coming up for you! After you copied the code, did you paste it in the discount code section at check out?
This was the first time for a sale in the app, so if the copy & paste was not working, I’d love to be able to share that feedback.
