My Morning Breakfast with Quaker Oat Beverage

I love being in the kitchen and finding nutritious ways to make our food taste good. This is why I’m incredibly excited to help Quaker launch their new Oat Beverage!

Oat beverage is a plant-based alternative, but it is so creamy, and delicious. I’ve started using it as a coffee creamer and adding it to my morning smoothies. The taste and texture are amazing (incredibly creamy!) and I like that Quaker offers it in three varieties – Original, Original Unsweetened and Vanilla.


We started to swap out dairy for plant-based alternatives. We’ve tried all kinds of nut milk, but Michael and I both agree that the Quaker Oat Beverage is our new favorite and fridge staple in our house. Its rich texture is the most like dairy milk that we’ve tried, which we love because we feel like we aren’t sacrificing anything.

As for nutrition, Quaker Oat Beverage is a good source of fiber, calcium and vitamin D per 8 oz service, so it’s a great addition to any meal – breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you’re curious about trying it, I highly recommend giving it a go. You can use it in the exact same way you do dairy
milk. We love it in our coffee, over cereal and in smoothies.
