As you know, I get excited for all things Fall and yummy sweater weather cocktails are no exception. This weekend we’re having some family & friends over for drinks and then heading to Haunted Houses in Downtown Kansas City.

You can also serve this hot by having the apple cider in your crock pot or stove tops   & skip the ice (just don’t put the vodka in the crock pot, or the alcohol will burn off)! Step it up a notch by adding brown sugar (to rim the glass) & cinnamon sticks.

Apple Cider Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

ice // 1.5 oz vodka // 3 oz apple cider // ginger beer // crisp apple slices and/or cinnamon sticks for garnish

Instructions:
Fill copper mugs with ice // Add in vodka & apple cider // Top with ginger beers // Stir with cinnamon stick // Garnish
