With the transition from summer into fall, dressing in layers is key. I hate when I leave the house on an October morning, and am too hot in my outfit by noon. Iāve learned over the years, especially living in Kansas City, that itās easiest to dress in layers to stay comfortable throughout the day!
One of my favorite layering pieces this time of year is a good puffer vest. I especially love this one from Nordstrom since itās made from recycled polyester encouraging sustainability. It also has a belt for a chic customized fit. Itās the perfect layer to throw on in the morning before running out. This is one of my go-to outfits for fall with a relaxed sweatshirt and the best everyday black leggings. I pretty much wear sneakers on the daily, so Iām loving this retro pair by Nike. Got to be comfortable when on the go!
