My Favorite Designer Handbags for Fall

September 6, 2020

You all know by now that designer handbags are one of my absolute favorite accessories. And because I love a neutral, slightly warm color palette – think all the shades of tan, camel and cognac – I always get extra excited for fall! I’ve been cruising the selection over at mytheresa and per usual, they have everything! From this gorgeous YSL option to this Bottega Veneta Pouch. Mytheresa is always a go-to when I’m looking for designer anything, but especially handbags. I linked some of my top picks for this year below, but I have to tell you about this YSL beauty!

First, the plush suede screams fall and winter, not to mention the color. It’s incredibly soft and is the first bag made of this material to make its way into my closet. I might need another in black it’s so good! I’m also really into the mix of having a top handle and an adjustable shoulder strap. It makes the bag even more versatile, which means I can wear it dressed up or a bit more casual! The size is also right on point and makes it not only stylish but practical – it’s perfect for a date night or an evening with a few friends.

If you’re looking to invest in a designer handbag this fall or winter, I’d definitely suggest something along these lines: neutral in color, roomy (but not too big) and consider whether you want only a top handle or only a shoulder strap or both. I think of the options I picked out from mytheresa, they’re all timeless and classic so you can carry it for years to come!
