Athleisure Must-Haves for Little Girls

Am I the only one with a little girl who is obsessed with athleisure? I love that Sutton loves this style of clothes, but I’m wondering if it might cause problems down the road? Like maybe on school picture day, ha! I’m not sure when her obsession started, but I remember that she stopped putting on the outfits I’d lay out for her in the morning and instead come downstairs dressed in her athletic clothes.

I thought there might be a few other moms out there with little girls who live in athleisure, so I’ve linked some of Sutton’s must-haves! I primarily shop for her at Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Amazon and Nike, which all have a great variety.

Nike shoes
Sutton is completely obsessed with her PE class at school and refers to her Nike shoes she wears to class as her “fast shoes.” It’s adorable to see her get so excited about exercising and learning about physical fitness. Needless to say, a good pair of Nike’s are a must!

Shorts and comfy tees

Sutton loves these shorts for everyday wear. She’ll run around in them all day and they’re super easy to wash, which is great for me. The same goes for tees. This is a great option for little girls as well as this and this. 

Cool socks
Socks seem to be a really big deal for kids (both boys and girls) of all ages. I’ve learned it’s important to have the right style and right now Sutton says that style is the tall white socks from Nike. I don’t know if I could rock them as well as she does!

Who else has a daughter in love with athleisure?! I’m over here dreaming up even more cute mommy and me looks while she’s still on this train!
