Pizza Date + What I am Buying Sutton for Fall

I am happy the weekend is here! We are headed to my sister’s in Omaha for the weekend and plan on going to a Husker College Football game on Saturday. Me and Michael, my parents, and both my sisters and their spouses are riding together from Omaha to Lincoln for the game, so it will be so fun! Sutton is so excited to hang out with her cousins and Gammie and Papa. I am driving alone with the kids and Michael is meeting us there, and I am slightly nervous as to how Greyson will do on the 3-hour ride. Wish me luck! Normally, I am able to stick a bink in his mouth, if Michael is driving, but this time, I am all on my own. Any tips??

This past week Sutton and I went on a pizza date. I had been wanting to make it over to 1889 Pizza Napoletana with her. It’s the cutest little pizza shop in Westwood. They make little mini bambino pizzas for the kiddos and have such a good menu. Sutton got a special treat, a flavored Italian soda, and she thought that was so cool!

With Fall and school starting, I just recently ordered Sutton a bunch of new clothes and shoes. Have I mentioned that shopping for Sutton is one of my favorite things to do? I am sure some of you moms can relate. Nordstrom has some of the cutest stuff for the kiddos! I love their line Tucker & Tate and I always seem to find new lines, like Mini Boden, Tea and more! I am obsessed with Sutton’s leggings and dress. So dang cute. The top is actually a dress but can be worn with jeans, leggings, tights or by itself. I ordered Greyson the matching top, he can totally rock leopard!

 Now on to shoes. Sutton has been wearing the Adidas Super Star sneakers since she was one. I love how durable, yet cute they are. They go with just about anything and the great thing about this particular pair is you just slip on and they don’t have laces. I don’t know why every kid sneaker doesn’t do that. I also got myself the matching gold pair…I can’t wait to twin with her!
