Whether you’re running errands, heading to the office or meeting the girls for brunch, here are my top tips for taking your activewear from the studio to the street.

Something I wear every single day is workout clothes and depending on my schedule for the day, I am normally wearing my activewear from studio to street.. and I don’t mind it one bit, I actually love it! So today I am sharing a few of my tips on how to rock your activewear every day and where I shop for my favorite styles.

1 // Be bold but remember less is more. The best thing about wearing your activewear as streetwear is the choice of colors, designs, and styles available. If you wear a pair of bold colored leggings then go with a simple tank or tee. Same goes for patterned leggings or tops.  One place I always find the newest styles and that are in-stock is Finish Line. I always check their new arrivals, because they carry some of cutest pieces that I don’t see other places have.

2 // Always accessorize- A pair of sunglasses and an oversized tote bag will instantly give your look a more fashionable edge, while still giving your outfit a laidback, casual vibe.

3 // Joggers are my favorite ways to take my look from gym to street. Joggers offer a more tailored look than your normal sweatpants. An added bonus? The elastic bands at the ankles show off your favorite sneakers, without feeling frumpy. Wear them with a bomber jacket and a structured purse for the mornings you cant even.

4// Slides are an easy alternative to sneakers to wear with athleisure wear. I love this pair by Nike from Finishline!
