The Secret to Healthy Hair

Who doesn’t want healthy locks? We all do and it’s actually no big secret how to keep your hair healthy… LESS DAMAGE. Most importantly less heat and when I say heat, heat from blow drying, styling, and coloring your hair. It is pretty much impossible to avoid heat on your hair, but there is a way to drastically reduce the amount of heat you expose your hair to. 

How many times do you wash, blow-dry and style your hair a week? I have cut back to only twice a week! Want to know how I pull this off… Dry Shampoo!! Moroccanoil Dry Shampoo is amazing! I don’t know what I would do without it. As a mom with very little time to get ready, this is perfect for me.
It not only refreshes and revitalizes next-day hair styles, but also absorbs oil, odors and gives your hair and scalp the signature Morocanoil fragrance! 
It also protects from UV damage (major plus!) 
To use: 
Position bottle 6-8″ away from your hair roots and generously spritz 2″ sections of hair. 
Massage into scalp with fingertips to activate formula and distribute the product.
With a brush or thin comb, gently brush hair to fully work product into strands and deliver extra volume. 
If my hair is curled and the curls need a refresh, I will curl the sections that need. You can style your hair as normal. 
Finish with hairspray. 
I did a photo diary below of my hair using dry shampoo and not washing my hair for 4 straight days! On day four, I pulled my hair into a pony, but it still looked great!

  1. I didn't know this brand made dry shampoo! I haven't found one that I love yet, so I will have to check this out. Do you use it every day on days 2-4? The ones I've used build up if I use them every day.
