Ever have days when you don’t have time to go to the gym or just don’t feel like going? Well here is a way you can still get a quick workout in, while not having to leave home. This workout does not require any equipment; just you and a quick 20 minutes of your day.

Remember no resting between exercises and 1 minute rest between the circuits. This will keep your heart rate up and get the most efficient burn.
