Can you believe this look is from JCPenney? Their new spring arrivals have so many cute and very affordable styles.

I think tie-trousers are so cute for spring. This pair is lightweight, comfortable and comes in 3 colors.

I paired these pants with a silky-feeling top that is very airy and lightweight. The silky fabric is good for tucking into pants/skirts without excess bulk showing though, and I like the rolled sleeves on it too!

How to wear for the workplace:

Top this outfit with a white or grey blazer for a more polished look. Add a heel and you are set!
