Complexion Rescue

February 23, 2015

Skincare has always been very important to me. My mom is a skincare nut, as she should be, she owns a medical laser spa. She is always letting me try out the best medical grade skincare products out there. I have tried every medical grade eye cream, serum, moisturizer, you name it  -all that I use on a daily basis.
So when the team over at bareMinerals sent me this Complexion Rescue tinted hydration gel cream, I was a bit hesitant.. I currently had a tinted moisturizer that I loved…Would this even work for me and will it compare to what I was already using?
bareMinerals Complexion Rescue is made to not only moisturize your skin, but also give you buildable coverage (not too heavy) and provide SPF protection. Three in one! Which I love because it can be hard to apply thick sunscreen on everyday after you already applied moisturizer. My mom has always said  “MOISTURIZE and SUNSCREEN!!” So this does it all.
I LOVE the coverage it gives me. It gives my skin an even appearance and you can layer for additional coverage. I have been using this every morning underneath my loose powder and everyday makeup regimen. No more multi-bottle or multi-product mess. Just one and done! Make my morning routine so much easier and faster. I have received so many compliments on my complexion lately. It looks more hydrated, and has a healthy glow.
Now here’s the kicker. The weekend I received my goodies from bareMinerals my mom just happened to be visiting, so she had the chance to try out Complexion Rescue as well and she loved it! She is quick picky and an expert at skincare products, so I am happy to report she gave it a big thumbs up. We also had fun trying out their eyeshadow palettes and lip gloss. She loved it so much, she had to go to the plaza and get herself some.
If you have any questions on Complexion Rescue, feel free to email me (beckyhillyard@gmail.com) or head on over to bareMineral.com to try it!
P.S. Complexion Rescue comes in 10 shares (I wear Natural), and is priced at $29! I use the Smoothing Face Brush ($28) to apply.
Thank you to bareMinerals for sponsoring this post!

  1. This sounds awesome. I've yet to try a BM product I don't love. Their new eyeshadow palettes are amazing, the quality is OUT OF THIS WORLD! I'm always surprised that their shadows don't get more hype. Definitely going to check out the Complexion Rescue next time I see it!
