Healthy 2015!

2015 is in full swing! A new year always inspires me to the the best version of myself and that includes being healthy for not only me but also my baby girl. It can be difficult getting to the gym or sticking to my healthy regimen with a 6 month baby taking up majority of my time. That is why the beginning of this year I set some simple reasonable goals I know I can achieve each week without getting to overwhelmed with work, baby and life!
The first is to take 20 minutes a day to myself. That may be a quick 20 minutes of yoga, stretching, a mini workout, or even just time to do my nails. Every mom needs that time to herself! 
The next is getting in a healthy green drink 3 times a week. I always feel so refreshed after having one and I feel as though it sets up my day to be a healthy one. I have a go to recipe (here) that I make often, however if I don’t have time to go to the store and get all the fresh veggies to make the drink myself I will have Evolution Fresh green juice in place of that. Just one drink contains 1 lbs of green vegetables! Some of you asked me on instagram where you can find the Evolution green, which is available at Kroger or Whole foods. 
I challenge you to make time for yourself each week for some sort of activity and to get in a green juice 3 days a week. #3DaystoGreen
