Introduce yourself
My name is Becky Hillyard (duh) and I am a fashion and lifestyle blogger (duh). I am a newlywed, married just a little over a year, to my best friend and love of my life, Michael. We have one baby…our dog, Daisy.

Why did you start to blog?
I was always passionate about fashion and I always admired stylish people, so I decided to share my personal style with fashion lovers allover the world.
What’s the story behind the blog title?
Trying to come up with a unique blog name is tough. I asked my mom for some good ideas and she suggested naming it after my grandmother, Marcella Jane. So we shortened it and that’s how Cella Jane came about.
What inspires your wardrobe?
Find your personal fashion style is really, reaally about getting to know yourself. It’s about being confident in who you are! Creating your own personal style is the art of combing your taste, lifestyle, interests, desires and inspirations.

What do you do when your not blogging?
I offer social media consulting for small businesses. I also am an avid turbo kick fanatic and teach class once a week.

What are your favorite blogs?
There are so many blogs I follow and adore, so this question is tough. Ones I get to on a daily basis are: The Kinch Life, Sincerely Jules, Hello Fashion, The Daily Tay, and StyledAvenue.
Any advice for people just starting a blog?
Blog about what you are passionate about and it will never get old.
Who takes your lovely photos?
My husband, Michael. He has become a better photographer than me! Without his support, I don’t know what I would do. He knows me well and what I like for the blog, so it works great. He is always so encouraging and I am so thankful for that.
What type of camera do you use?
Canon EOS rebel t3i and I use a 50 mm lens.
What beauty product can you not live without?
Obagi Sunblock.

What are some of your favorite places to shop?
Piper, Von Maur, Gap, Nordstrom, F21, Lululemon, and Shopbop.
