Feeling bloated from the past Holiday weekend? I am and I just recently started this new good habit, you may have heard of it….drinking more water?? Well it has always been hard for me because I don’t really like water, but I keep reading and hearing and seeing everywhere and I think we all know how good it is for you. It is great for your skin, it flushes your system and promotes weight loss, yep that’s right weight loss.
So my new goal is to drink 5 bottles of water a day. You should try! Yes you maybe going to the bathroom a little more often but you will also feel better and your body will thank you!
