Poncho in the summer? Why yes of course! Especially since the nights are getting cooler and Fall is near. I love wearing a poncho really anytime I can. Plus, I appreciate finding items that can transition my wardrobe right into fall. This poncho is great now to pair with cut offs and booties or rain boots and for later Fall days to layer with skinny jeans and tall boots. Another piece we typically don’t think of wearing in the summer is rain boots, however we have had a ton of rain this summer and you can wear them really for every season. I wore my Hunter boots the other day with jean shorts and tank to the petting zoo. They are great for that sort of outing since I don’t want to ruin my other shoes. They hold up so well and I can chase Sutton around in the dirt, pens and grass without worrying about my shoes or tearing up my toes.
